Android SDK

What did you accomplish?

Added EventsManager functionality to configure which internal event metadata should be attached to the external event:

As an example, SDK_READY requires memberships and targeting rules sync to complete, but only targeting rules sync metadata is used. Depending on the order, this may result in empty metadata (memberships doesn't carry any).
